A hand when you need one
Most hiccups have a quick fix. Here are the things people ask about most — and how to set them right.
The game won't load
Try refreshing the page first. If the arena still won't appear, check that your browser is up to date and that any content blockers aren't stopping the game from running. A different browser or device will often sort it out.
There's no sound
Many browsers mute sound until you interact with the page. Tap or click inside the game once, then check the sound toggle in the in-game settings panel.
The arena looks cut off
The game scales to your screen. If it looks cropped, try rotating your device to landscape, or maximise your browser window for the full view.
Clearing your saved choices
Your age confirmation and preferences are kept in your browser. Clearing your browser's site data for this site will reset them, and you'll be asked to confirm your age again on your next visit.
